CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment and no-shows will be charged for the whole service total. If your card is declined, you must pay this fee before rebooking and prepay for your next service in full. The cancellation fee is non-refundable, and cannot be used as a credit toward your next service. Clients with two or more no show appointments will not be eligible to book at RE.VIVE Laidback Luxury Salon.
